Care & Maintenance

Use a mattress protector and rotate your mattress regularly. Most mattress, topper and pillow covers are removable and washable—please refer to care labels for specific instructions.

Absolutely! Your mattress will expand to sleep-ready comfort within minutes. While you can enjoy it immediately, allow 24-72 hours for it to fully fluff up to its ideal shape and support.

Think of your mattress like a sleepy bear-it can hibernate in its box for up to 12 months, but it’s happiest when unboxed ASAP! For peak plushness and support, free it within 2-4 weeks of arrival. Your future well-rested self will high-five you for unboxing early!

Yes, our mattresses are compatible with most standard and adjustable bases.

West Malaysia:

  • 2-5 working days—Faster than you can say “sweet dreams!”

East Malaysia:

  • *5-10 working days* (air freight): For when you can’t wait to dive in.
  • *25-30 working days* (sea freight): The scenic (but budget-friendly) route.

Pro tip:

  • Opt for air freight if you’re counting sheep till it arrives!

We’ll do our best! While we accommodate preferred schedules, delivery slots depend on transporter availability and routing. Since we work with third-party partners, timing is subject to their logistics, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Returns & Warranty

We lovingly craft each item to your unique order, so we're unable to offer size exchanges or swaps between mattress and topper types.

Yes please! Kindly preserve the box and plastic wrapping—these are essential for any future warranty considerations. Think of it as keeping your mattresses and toppers birth certificate safe!

We've Got You Covered:

  • Mattress: 10-Year Sleep Promise
  • Topper: 3-Year Sleep Promise
  • Pillow: 3-Year Sleep Promise

Your Comforcel mattress and topper comes with a decade of assurance (for the original owner only). Here's what's covered:

  • Structural or manufacturing defects (like foam splits or cracks)
  • Sagging exceeding 30mm (with proper flat surface use)

To kickstart your warranty service, simply look for our customer support and share your proof of purchase with details about the issue. Together, we’ll:

  • ✓ Review if your product qualifies under our Warranty.
  • ✓ Choose the best solution: repair or replace with the same or a comparable product (repair costs vary by product terms).

Note:

  • You’ll cover transportation fees for repairs.
  • Unauthorized repairs void warranty terms.
  • Any replaced parts become our property.

While we stand by our quality, these are exceptions:

  • Natural wear & tear (like fabric pilling or slight softening).
  • Change of heart (wrong product choice).
  • Handling mishaps: Burns, cuts, stains, jumps, folds, or improper cleaning/storage (damp, heat, pests, etc.).
  • Foam quirks: Mild odors or color shifts.
  • Unauthorized purchases (non-Comforcel sellers) or customized items.
  • Improper use: Wrong bed base or overseas use (Malaysia only).
  • Fabric tales: Stains, loose threads, or discoloration.
  • Inspection/transport fees (yours to bear).

Sweet Dreams Reminder

  • Our warranty hugs only the original owner in Malaysia and expires after the warranty period. Medical miracles? We leave those to doctors!

  • Avoid unboxing delays beyond 2 months
  • Treat the cover and zipper with extra care
